The Garage does require a 4-hour minimum for all event space rentals. Your requested time will need to include time for your event, as well as time for setup and teardown for decorations, food, drinks, etc.

The event space will be fully set and event-ready to your specifications before your rental begins, so you can focus on enjoying your time and hosting your guests without stress.

Yard Game Rentals

Yard game rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Rental time includes pickup/dropoff and return, and all games must be returned in the same condition they were provided.

Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated ahead of your event to ensure a smooth experience.
